Why was my credit card declined?

Your card may have been declined for several reasons:

Credit Limit Reached: You may have exceeded your authorized purchase limit. Contact your bank to verify available credit

Order Status

How do I know my order was confirmed?

Once you complete your order, you'll receive a "Thank You" confirmation email. This confirms that your order was successfully submitted and is being processed.

How can I check my order status?

After Your Order Ships:

I selected the wrong size/color/address. Can I change it?

Before Shipment: If your package hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately. We can update the size, color, or shipping information for you.

After Shipment: Once the package has been dispatched, changes are more difficult. Contact our customer service team, and we'll work with the carrier to see if modifications are possible. However, if changes cannot be made and you receive an incorrect item due to your error, this cannot be considered a quality issue and return shipping would be your responsibility.

I want to cancel, return, or exchange my order. What should I do?

What if I receive a damaged product?

Important Timelines:

  • Items damaged after 30 days cannot be returned or refunded

Size-Related Issues: Incorrect size selection is not considered a quality issue. However, we offer free size exchange service—you simply pay the return shipping cost for the original item. After we receive and verify the original product, we'll send out the new size.

How do I find the correct size?
